  1. I find that if I do not move, in some way , every day, I feel a build up of negative energy. For me daily movement can be dancing for at least 1 hour, or walking for 40 minutes minimum. After walking I usually do about 15 minutes of yoga. I also do an almost daily practice of Tai Chi Chih. Before covid lock down, I did yoga twice weekly.
    Thank you for lesson 1!

    1. I agree movement is important however, my health prohibits me from doing what used to do, walking, pilates, yoga. So, I have to settle for 10-15 minutes a day spread out throughout the day. It is inadequate but it is what it is.

        1. Hi Bettyanne,

I think 10-15 minutes a day is still good! Keep striving, you got this! 🙂

  2. Hi Barbara, Thanks for our first response to our new program. We didn’t talk about negative energy, or “Bad Qi”. YES! Movement is so important to get the blood moving and the Qi moving. There are many kinds of bad qi, and movement gets rid of most of them. Feet on earth or walking in the forest does even better. it’s so refreshing to be free of the accumulated congestion. — Richard
