Reactive Lies VS. Foundational Truths

You know that little voice in your head or feeling in your heart? The one that helps you make decisions or steers you from one direction to the next. That little voice has been programmed to speak either reactive lies or foundational truths. Unfortunately, the bigger portion of our population will hear the reactive lies from that voice, which have been programmed into our cells from our childhood or from hundreds of years ago. These reactive lies consist of the thoughts and feelings of not being worthy enough, special enough, smart enough, or even good looking enough to reach for and achieve our goals. They have been embedded and programmed into our cells from the oppression of our ancestors and been carried on from generation to generation gathering each generation’s personal addition to the database of reactive lies. This is a large contributing factor to things like anxiety and depression within our current generations. It is up to us to be aware of these reactive lies and reprogram our cells to replace them with foundational truths.

Foundational truths are statements that we know to be true somewhere in the back of our minds, but the cells in our bodies fight those statements with reactive lies. Foundational truths are key in improving our mental state, our confidence, and our drive to succeed. These truths are meant to make you feel positive, encouraged, and confident. Reminding you that you are worthy, smart, and strong enough to be happy and successful. In order to change this within our generations and future generations to come, we must all accept the challenge of reprogramming our cells by repeating foundational truths to them, and ourselves. This will cause tension in your body as your cells try to convince you the truths are wrong. Your cells will keep repeating those reactive lies, but if you remain adamant you will win the battle against the old lies recorded in your cells and successfully replace those lies with foundational truths. We all have the power within us. Will you fight for your body, your life, YOUR FUTURE?
