It often seems that life is nothing but struggle. Why do we sometimes feel it so intensely? Some tell us “Relax. Don’t take life so seriously.” Why is it so hard to stop struggling? You might sometimes say it is your spouse, your boss, or your neighbor. Maybe you say the problem is dogs, global warming, terrorism, or abortion issues. These things come and go from our minds, and yet we keep struggling. Why is it so hard to laugh at life’s challenges. It is often easy to see the humor when others seem to be fighting phantoms or windmills, but our own challenges are very important! Or at least they seem so whenever we’re feeling the Struggle.

What is Struggle?

Struggle doesn’t happen in the world around us. It is a dynamic process of friction between all the different assumptions, emotions, and unconscious dysfunctional behaviors within us and the world around us. This world is nothing more than the stage or playground within which our struggles express themselves.

Struggle is the processing of internal conflict. It often compels us to strive — not just to survive, but to thrive.

This all sounds good, but why is struggle often so hard? Is there anything that can make struggle easier?

If we were conscious of all the struggles and conflicts going on within us, getting a handle on struggle might be easy. Unfortunately it gets very complicated inside us when we have unconscious shame, judgment, prejudice, vigilance, attachment, and dread and a host of other weird stuff programmed into our emotional brain, sympathetic nervous system, and motor nerves, all struggling with each other. We call this unconscious programming Reactive Lies.

At CHI Institute, we have been studying the process of struggle for 30 years. It has carried us on a fascinating journey through human consciousness and cellular psychology. Here are just a few of the lies our bodies often unconsciously believe without our even realizing it:

  • I am alone, separate.
  • I can’t trust the Universe.
  • I am not worthy.
  • I am unlovable.
  • It is impossible.

If any of these reactive lies plays strongly within you, your life is sure to be a difficult struggle, with every encounter playing as a backdrop to express this deep unconscious lie.

Internal Struggle Aids

Sometimes struggle gets so great that it becomes overwhelming and difficult to process. CHI has developed tools to help calm the struggle to make it easier to process:

The CHI Palm
Cellular Struggle and Emotional Turbulence:

Cellular Struggle and Emotional Turbulence: Two overwhelming conditions which the Chi Palm is especially useful for are Cellular Trauma and Emotional Turbulence. Whenever the internal struggle gets overwhelming, whether it’s an emotional logjam, mental obsession, or cellular conflicts resulting in painful inflammation, or slow recovery from injury, the CHI Palm soothes the struggle, opening the doors to flow, communication, harmony, and resolution. Not only does it help you relax, think clearly, and resolve problems in your outside world, but it also allows you to explore what’s going on inside more easily, to release false assumptions, to harmonize internal conflicts, and to make future struggle more productive and comfortable.

Where unconscious reactive lies are part of the logjam, the Nessor system helps you replace the reactive lies with foundational truths to enhance your enjoyment of life and further decrease the severity of future logjams. The CHI Palm now includes this Nessor system. Just apply the Deep Calm signal of the Chi Palm to the sacrum at L-5 and apply the Foundational Truth cards.

Finally, we have discovered that Oxidative Pollution not only increases free radical load and degrades your physical health. It also causes a very high frequency buzz in your brain and nervous system that upsets your ability to receive intuition. It penetrates your thoughts, emotions and cells, causing rigidity on all levels, impeding all sorts of movement and activity. It also causes emotional logjams. For this, we have developed a family of SludgeBusters, tools that absorb the Oxidative Pollution from your environment to reduce the rigidity which makes struggle such a struggle. The Auto Chi Guard removes the Oxidative Pollution produced by your car engine. The Home Chi Guard removes Oxidative pollution from your home electrical wiring. Finally, the CHI Shield is worn over the chest and uses the magnetic heart field to remove Oxidative Pollution directly from your body and from the vital field surrounding your body.

In Summary…

Struggle is not like a common cold that will pass within a few days. Struggle continues for as long as unconscious conflicts persist within you. To enhance your human experience, it helps to see problems as challenges and to see brick walls as simply constraints within which we must find solutions, and to trust that the Universe is always on your side. This is so much easier when our thoughts and emotions are calm and moving freely.

A systems engineer by training, he moved early in his career from efficient use of fossil fuel energy to efficient use of human energy. Human consciousness is severely crippled in most all of us compared to the full potentials of consciousness so Richard has made studying and optimizing human consciousness into a 30 year career choice.
