From Skeptic to Believer: How the CHI Palm Helped Me Recover from Injury, Surgery, and Chronic Pain
When Richard first encouraged me to try the CHI Palm regularly, I brushed it off. Like many, I was conditioned to trust conventional solutions: physical therapy, pain meds, electrostimulation, or if things got bad enough—surgery. But life had other plans for me, and pain doesn’t care about your preferences.
My journey through pain and healing spans decades of pushing my body to its limits. From snowboarding wipeouts to worksite falls, I’ve broken more bones than I can count—literally. My injuries include dislocated shoulders, a fractured coccyx and back, and a shattered wrist requiring 13 screws and a plate. And that’s just up to my 30s.
In the last few years, things escalated. In 2022, I fell while working and fractured my left calcaneus (heel) and broke three ribs. In 2023, another fall fractured my scaphoid—a tricky wrist bone. The fracture was initially missed, didn’t heal, and eventually required surgery and internal hardware.

Out of options and desperate for relief, I finally listened to Richard’s advice. I began using the CHI Palm daily—especially during my post-surgical recovery. To my surprise (and my physical therapist’s), I regained full range of motion in just three PT appointments. I credit that rapid recovery to consistent CHI Palm use.

In contrast, the CHI Palm helped resolve 5 years of persistent tendonitis that had nearly led me to surgery. I combined it with physical therapy and acupuncture, and today, I’m pain-free.

What’s Different About the CHI Palm?
The CHI Palm uses infrasound and stochastic resonance—subtle vibrational energy that stimulates tissue regeneration, reduces inflammation, and helps the nervous system self-regulate. Unlike invasive or numbing therapies, the CHI Palm invites your body to heal—naturally and deeply.
At first, I didn’t fully understand how or why it worked. But when I started researching the CHI Institute’s scientific studies (View the research), it clicked. For example:
In every one of these studies, the healing response was consistent: less inflammation, accelerated tissue repair, and improved overall function—all without side effects.

This past January, I had major sinus and nasal surgery. Normally, the healing process is slow and painful. But my ENT was amazed — my inflammation vanished in record time, and I healed so quickly it caught the staff off guard. Again, I attribute this to the CHI Palm. I placed it over my face daily post-surgery, reducing swelling, pain, and scar tissue formation. Even the mental benefits were striking. Using the CHI Sun device alongside the Palm helped me stay calm, focused, and emotionally grounded. As someone with ADHD and a hectic work schedule, this was a game-changer.
Just when I thought I was done with injuries, I had another fall—this time fracturing my scaphoid, a small but critical bone in the wrist. It was initially missed, didn’t heal properly, and eventually required surgery to implant a screw. Anyone who’s dealt with a scaphoid break knows how stubborn and slow these are to recover. But once again, I turned to the CHI Palm.
I used it daily throughout my post-op recovery, placing it directly over my wrist and forearm. I also continued light movement and did everything by the book. After just three physical therapy sessions, my therapist said I had regained nearly all of my motion—far beyond what they typically expect at that stage.
I used to think healing meant injections, surgeries, and rehab. But through personal experience—and backed by peer-reviewed science—I now know that vibrational therapy like the CHI Palm isn’t just alternative; it’s transformational. The CHI Palm isn’t just a therapy device. It’s a healing partner.
If you’re dealing with fractures, chronic pain, or slow healing, I urge you to explore the CHI Palm. You’ll find clinical proof. You’ll see real user testimonials. But more importantly — you might finally feel like yourself again.
