We offer fast, reliable repairs for all of your CHI devices. Is your device no longer charging? Regardless of the age of your device we are here for you and ready to address any issues you may have.
We offer three (3) levels of repair that are $69, $99, & $139. Depending on the issues specific to your device it will be fixed in accordance with these repair levels. If there are additional issues we may call you to verify the repair needs. Please Note: There are “limited repairs” on I-8000 Transducer Wands, S Liberators and Scalene Lights as we no longer carry parts for these older models. We can no longer work on/repair I-8000 Power Boxes, Mobile Magic nor the Mobile Medic. For these previous mentioned older models, you would be better off trading up for an I-11 CHI Palm. These instructions will be included in the email you receive once you complete the Repair Request form.

- Once submitted, you will receive a copy of that form to your email.
- Print out the completed Repair Order Form we emailed you.
- Package up your machine and enclose a copy of the REPAIR Order Form email inside the box with your device and ship it to CHI Institute.
- After the repair, CHI Institute will contact you regarding the Repair and to process your payment for the repair order.
- The cost of the repair covers the return shipping/postage “within the United States”. International shipping is not covered by CHI Institute. Packages are sent via DHL, and it is the customer’s responsibility to incur that cost based on the weight and country/region of the unit being returned. When returning a repair to a customer: Due to each country’s daily/weekly varying shipping regulations, International shipping charges do not include duties, taxes, or surcharges. The customer will be responsible for duties, taxes, or surcharges.

Can my machine be repaired?
In most cases, yes. Our repair department performs a full inspection to diagnose the problem and tests every machine to ensure its functionality once the work is complete.
What if my machine is unrepairable?
If your machine is 10+ years old, we cannot guarantee that every issue can be repaired as those machines are no longer being manufactured and spare parts are limited. If the repair cannot be completed for any reason, we will contact you with that information and provide you with alternative options.
How long will my repair take?
Most repairs take about 8-10 business days, which includes transit time to/from us.
Will this be covered under warranty?
Every machine comes with a 1-year warranty that begins from the date of purchase. If a repair or replacement is needed within this period, it will be done at no charge. If any work falls outside of this warranty period, you will be responsible for all associated costs.
Do you require using a certain carrier when I ship my device to you?
No, we do not. You may use whatever carrier (ex. Post Office, UPS, FedEx, etc.) is most convenient for you.
Is my package insured?
We ship packages via USPS Ground Advantage, which comes with $100 insurance.
