To be eligible, your entry must simply report at least $1 in savings. Every eligible report will automatically get entered in the drawing for a free CHI Palm.

ELIGIBILITY: The CHI Institute Palm Give-Away Drawing ("Drawing") is open to anyone who is of the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Employees, directors, officers, and agents of CHI Institute, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate.

SPONSOR: This Drawing is sponsored by CHI Institute, located at 1160 Selmi Dr Ste 401, Reno, NV 89512 ("Sponsor").

AGREEMENT TO TERMS: By participating in the Drawing, participants agree to abide by these Terms of Service and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

ENTRY PERIOD: The Drawing begins at 8:00 am on July 13, 2023 and ends at 11:59 pm on July 31, 2023 ("Entry Period").

HOW TO ENTER: To enter, participants must fill out all of the required form fields and agree to CHI Institute publishing and sharing their report. Any entries received outside the Entry Period will be void.

MARKETING PURPOSES: By participating in the Drawing, you agree that Sponsor can collect and use your personal data for marketing and promotional purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never share your information with anyone.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Drawing.

DISPUTES: Any disputes arising out of this Drawing shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
