Using the Yadira pendant has been interesting for me as I had absolutely no idea what its calling was. I first observed that my ‘inner self’ liked it. A lot! I was ‘reminded’ daily to put the pendant in my pocket if I forgot and tried to start my day without it, which often happens as ‘I’ am often off somewhere else while my body is going about its daily activities. This piqued my interest as It is a new experience for me.
It is hard for me to pinpoint exactly what or how the pendant is working, I just know I have a deeper sense of calmness, grounding and am more centered. Now instead of my head and body doing different things simultaneously, I feel more connected to my whole self and as a result am much more productive, awake & happy.
Sorry this isn’t more ‘scientific’, or if it’s not helpful, all I can say is I LOVE this product. I am literally never without it, as long as I have pockets 🙂 I am still declining to wear any metals (except copper) next to my skin so I’m not ready to try the chain.

My girlfriend gave me a CHI Yadira Pendant with no real instructions on what to feel or expect. I wore it blindly and the first night I just felt gravitated to it but wasn’t sure why. I’ve always suffered from night terrors terribly for as long as I can remember. These night terrors always seem so real and leave me feeling uneasy for quite some time afterward. This whole cycle of terrifying nightmares pulling at my deepest fears has almost ceased since I have been wearing the CHI Yadira (and sometimes I wear 2!) I have been wearing the pendant for three month now, I’ve only had two night terrors since. Oddly enough both times when I had those night terrors, the necklace had somehow unlatched and I wasn’t even wearing the pendant. It had fallen off during the night. And even then, the nightmares are nowhere as violent or agonizing as the ones I had experienced in the past. For me, it wards off negative and terrifying night terrors in the same way maybe garlic would ward off vampires.
