Easier to Walk and Sleep

I treated (Acute) center of chest, 5 minutes. (Balance) neck, 10 minutes. (Deep Calm) neck & lower back 20 minutes. 3 times in a week. Reduction in pain killers. From uncomfortable to tolerable, reduced pain, more optimistic about tomorrow being better, laughing more, easier to walk and sleep through the night. Have started walking 1-1/2 miles daily.
