I have been using the CHI Sun on the white noise mode for CPTSD and menstrual cramps.  I do the full 15-minute sessions 3 times a day.  I place the CHI Sun over my heart center, my pelvic area, and my stomach.  I felt an instant difference.

The CHI Sun has created focus, clarity and regulation.  It has enhanced my meditation, eased emotional symptoms, and assisted in pain relief for menstrual cramps.  I cannot stress how much of a difference this has made for me and my whole family.
