I spend a great deal of time lying down. This caused both anxiety and muscle tension. I was really surprised when I compared the two units side by side. When I would revert back to the 1.0, it was not as satisfying! I didn’t realize that an undercurrent of tension was dissolving with the 2.0. There had been a tightening that was lessening when I used it which was not happening with the CHI Sun 1.0.

I apply the 2.0 to the Lower Dantien, the belly button area, for 15 minute sessions, and have noticed the tension dissolving. It has always surprised me that this Chakra point, was where I feel emotional pain, so it’s natural for me to place my 2.0 there. It also stays put easily and can be covered by a shirt when I am in public.

I am actually astounded to see and feel the difference! I clearly prefer CHI Sun 2.0.
