How do I know I need a new battery?
A new battery is in order when:
For I-9’s, E-9’s, Scalene Lights, and S Liberators;
- The date on the battery states more than 3 years
- The charge for your device last less than 20 hours
For I-11 CHI Palms;
- The CHI Palm has a rechargeable lithium ion battery and it’s expected to last up to 10 years.
- There shouldn’t be the need to purchase a replacement battery due to regular use up to about 8 to 10 years
- Perform a reboot if there are issues by removing the battery for five seconds, then placing it back in.
- Also, make sure that you’re placing your charging cable into the unit correctly.
- Finally, there may be an issue with your charger. Call us to verify.
Hello, i was diagnosed with glioblastoma brain tumor last December. I f there might be a i setting on the PALM that could shrink this tumor please advise. Thanks I had 6 weeks of radiation therapy and no chemotherapy.
Hi Wade, The CHI Palm on Balance has been reported as very effective at unwinding the side effects of radiation therapy. However, we have no solid evidence that it is useful for brain tumors. You can apply it wherever the radiation therapy was applied and anywhere heat, redness, or burning sensations are felt. It is commonly used for all sorts of inflammation.
