I used the CHI Palm for my sinus congestion. In addition to standard decongestant, I turn to my CHI Palm. Using headbands looped together, I fastened device loosely around my neck so that it rests on my neck right above my spine, pointing toward my skull. Using balance (not acute) setting, leave in place for 20-30 minutes. Clears sinuses, also seems to make me feel more alert!  It allows me to cut back on decongestants, clears congestion when decongestants alone have failed!
Seems to reduce number of sinus infections.
