Can Return to Work as a Massage Therapist

Sprain to the ulnar side of the right wrist. Second-degree in severity was x-rayed to rule out fractures of the wrist. Injury was caused by a fall. Wrist was turned under the body with the body weight falling on it. Was treated 2 hours after injury (Balance Setting), 1 hour 40 minutes daily for 12 days. Swelling went down, movement went from none to almost full range with no pain. Strength came back (from none), enough for client to do a massage 2 weeks from the injury. Full range of movement came back to wrist. No pain in wrist, client can return to work as a massage therapist!

  1. Dear Marion,

A friend told me about the Chi devices and how they’ve helped her for 25 years! So I looked up their website and read your review about your client’s healing, so she could return to work as a massage therapist! Then I saw that you are in Bothell, WA! My nephew lives in Bothell and just injured his left knee while skiing on Friday. He went to an urgent care and this is what he told me in a text message –

“Tentative diagnosis is torn meniscus. I need to get an MRI then an orthopedic will decide if I go to surgery, PT or both.
I can hobble around okay and I’ve learned how to minimize the really painful movement for now. But the long recovery and restrictions on activity has me pretty down.”

I’ve seen the results of laser therapy on someone I knew and I’m very interested in energy healing of all kinds. So when I read about the device you used and the fact that you’re right there in Bothell, I wondered if there could be a healing for him. Do you go to someone to use your device? If so, do you have an idea of what you would charge?

I’ll look forward to hearing from you.
    Brenda
