From Insomniac to Sleep

Before implementing the CHI Sun, just falling asleep was a struggle, not to mention the racing thoughts the wouldn’t turn off or slow down in my mind, then 3 + trips to the restroom throughout the night.  I’d wake up feeling lethargic and would drag myself to the coffee pot.   Since I started using the CHI Sun nightly by placing it on my solar plexus, I can usually fall asleep within 15 minutes (before the birds stop chirping), I only get up 1 time per night and it’s normally within an hour or 2 of my alarm going off (so pretty much sleeping through the entire night).  Now I wake up feeling connected and ready to go!
