Herniated Disc

Apply the CHI Palm on Balance to pain, ache, or tightness in the lower back to relax spinal muscles and stretch your back gently. Then sweep from the abdomen along the pain and out the toes. Herniated discs generally not the cause of pain but rather a visible result of tight back muscles. The pain is generally caused by tight muscles or bruised nerves. Continue applying the CHI Palm to the area of the herniated disc and doing gentle stretching until the lower back is relaxed and comfortable.
