Shoulder pain. Previously tried cortisone shots and anti-inflammatory – failed. QGM [Latest Version is CHI Palm](Mind/Balance) for 10 minutes – 3 times a week over the shoulder bursa. Pain gone, range of motion improved, muscle strength increased. Can sleep again on the side, golfing again. Overall sense of well-being.
