I put it anywhere I have an ache and it helps tremendously (over time). I have a sensitive tooth that I will eventually have to break down and get fixed, but I put this (more than once) on my jaw & within 20 minutes it stopped hurting every time without having to take a pain-reliever!  5 out of 5 stars.
