At night I used the Deep Calm mode. I moved the Palm from right hip to left hip throughout the night. Each area would have an hour of treatment. The reduction of pain is always within about 3 minutes.

Right hip replacement surgery was inevitable for my condition (hypertrophic femur head) but the Palm saved me throughout the 3 years I was approaching surgery and for all the months since then. It clearly reduced the inflammation because I could sleep at night when I used it on my hip, whereas otherwise I could not sleep due to pain.

During the healing process it has also been indispensable. I used it on other places with similar results.
