In June, I lost my balance on my porch stairs (4). Rather than fall, I tried to jump down, but I was not wearing shoes and landed on concrete. My heel was SO painful. I immediately did qigong healing and hobbled inside to put the Chi Palm on my heel for hours before bed. I wrapped it around my heel and left in on overnight. I was able to sleep with no pain. In the morning, I could walk on my foot with some pain. I decided to not go to get x ray, but to continue using the CP as it was amazingly better just overnight. I decided to use crutches for about a week to stay off the heel, continuing to use the CP. In two weeks, I could dance on my foot with no pain. I mostly used the highest setting possible for most of the treatment.
